Compliments and complaints
Compliments
Our children and their parents are very satisfied with our service provision! This is certainly apparent from the customer satisfaction surveys we regularly conduct. Parents and children often mention the cosy, homely atmosphere at the locations and the great variety of activities we undertake with the children. Many parents talk about the fact their children feel safe and confident with us. And we always get plenty of enthusiastic reactions about our teaching staff. That’s something we’re naturally very proud of!
Have you noticed something at your child’s location, or in your contact with the office staff which has made you particularly happy? We’d definitely like to hear all about it! The lovely letters, beautiful cards and fantastic drawings are the most precious gifts to us, but it goes without saying you can also leave your compliments on our Facebook page, or via the contact form below. We will then make sure your message ends up with the right person or department.
What could be done better or differently?
We will do everything possible to look after your children with lots of love and attention. Of course it’s still possible for you to occasionally be dissatisfied about something. Should that ever happen, please don’t hesitate to let us know. We’ll arrive at a suitable solution together, irrespective of what your suggestion or complaint is about.
If you have a comment or improvement point about the actual care, we would ask you to first discuss this with the manager at your child’s location. You also have the option of filling in the form to advise us of your concern or complaint. This naturally also applies to parent committees. The manager at the location in question will receive the form and will subsequently contact you about this. All emails are sent to Marloes Burgers too. She is the Quality & Educational Content Manager within Hero children’s centres. Complaints are subsequently dealt with in accordance with the applicable complaints regulations. You can read the complaints regulations here, or in the Parent App.
