Hero Children’s Centres; fantastic childcare facilities in Haarlem and Spaarndam

The SKOS and Haarlem Childcare are going to continue as one organisation from 2020. Joining forces means we will now also be able to offer the very best childcare and after-school care services for children aged 0 to 13 in the future.   We are there for the parents too and we think it’s very important to be a complete and suitable collaboration partner for education and the municipality.

We can offer every child in Haarlem and Spaarndam a suitable childcare placement with our 82 different childcare locations. Our long history, our extensive local network and our sound pedagogical knowledge allows us to quickly respond to developments in society. We have been deliberately set up as a non-profit foundation with a social purpose. Offering high quality pedagogical childcare is our absolute top priority, whereby every single child is central.

What do we stand for?
It’s our mission to embark on an adventure with the children every single day, in order for them to find the very best version of themselves. Our Adventure, Fun, Learning and Attention core values are important to us and guide our policies and our working method. Who can make use of our services?
There will always be a childcare facility near any child aged 0 to 13 in Haarlem and Spaarndam. For toddler care, nurseries and after-school care. We allow children to discover themselves and help our employees to optimally develop, with a true passion for what we do. On their way to become the very best versions of themselves.
